I love nectar d’or! I worked a scotch tasting dinner once at a fancy restaurant and it was so goddamn good, paired with braised wild boar, just the smell was amazing, the whole room was scotch and pig.

I’ve only had it a couple of times in my life, really nice tasting scotch.

Glenmorangie hasn't let me down across the four that I've tried (the three Arch Duke posted today plus the Nectar d'or).

Yeah I’m not a big scotch guy but the standard glenmorangie is my go-to. Nectar d’or is one of the best I’ve tried though, don’t think I’ve ever come across it locally or I’d get a bottle, but I also haven’t really looked. When I do spirits though I usually stick to gin.

I love those packs.....Glenlivet does one with the 12 year old and samples of the 15 and 18 yr.   Sometimes you get them for the same price as the standalone 750ml.....free high end booze!
